For a good user experience for our customers, we will simulate the experience of the program update internally by our technical team and ensure that the program is optimized before updating.

(1) The life of the UV tube is ≥15,000 hours.

(2) Users can not replace UV tube.

TDS is Total Dissolved Solids. The higher the TDS value, the more dissolved matter is contained in the water. (Pure water value is generally around 1), TDS is only one of the water quality assessment indicators.

(1) The default working period is 00:00-23:59, and sterilization is 3 minutes per hour;

(2) Power on after power-off: After 5 seconds delay, sterilize for 3 minutes, and sterilize again for 3 minutes after 57 minutes;

(Remark: Usually, after the fountain is powered on after the power outage. The UV tube may work for more than ten seconds before the fountain get connected again. When it is connected, the device will perform the hourly sterilization for 3 minutes.

The actual situation varies depending on the network conditions.)

The UVC ultraviolet light emitted by the tube at the bottom of the tank can destroy the DNA structure of microorganisms such as bacteria and cause the bacteria to die.

Tested by SGS, the sterilization rate of UV water dispensers is as high as 99%.
