Usage

Generally, people feel assured when drinking boiled tap water.

The UV fountain comes ready with the sterilization by the UV tube. This can replace high-temperature sterilization. Combined with the filtration by the fountain, it can provide healthy water for pets.

So you can use tap water when using our Fresco Ultra fountain!

The UV sterilization is enabled by default.  You can’t turn it off.

You can replace it yourself. Please ensure that the water machine is powered off and the pump-related parts are dry.

The UVC ultraviolet light emitted by the UV lamp cannot penetrate plastic or clothing. After being isolated from the tank, outer cases and upper basin of the fountain, and will not cause harm to people or pets.

(Note: When the UV lamp is working, the blue light on the top of the fountain will flash, and the sterilization countdown will also be displayed in the APP. During this period, keep the top cover of the fountain in its place)

After a long period of use, the irradiation of the UV lamp may cause yellowing inside the fountain. It is normal.

The UV will work without the APP or the network.

But without the app, you can’t experience more features.
