All fountains will be fully inspected before delivery to ensure that each single unit is qualified, so there will be a small amount of water residue. Please feel assured that each unit out of the box is brand new.

If the pump has been used for a while, the water flow may weaken. Cleaning is recommended once every two months

It is the reserved hole for heating components, which you can purchase optionally for pets to enjoy the warm water in cold weather
