Due to the size and density of each food, about 11 portions equal 1 CUP.

What is the warning level, under which the food is low, and the phone receives an alert?

Due to the different particle size and density of each food, when there are less than 30 portions, alerts will be pushed to phones warning food shortage.

How many grams is one serving? How many meals should I server my pet?

Due to the different particle size and density of each pet food, the number of grams may vary significantly. It is recommended to weigh your preferred food first, and then customize the feeding plan accordingly. Alternatively, you can plan based on the food supplier’s recommendation.

Can I set a small portion but multiple meals in a single day?

Can I log in on other phones with my registered account?

Yes, you can. With the same account, multiple phones can control the feeder.

Will the feeder still work if the network is off?

If the feeder is still powered, it can work normally and feed according to the set schedule!

How many models do you have to work with smartphones? What is the difference?

Currently, there are two models: FDW010 and FDW020, which can both cater to pets for a long time. Compared to FDW010, FDW020 features video, photo, and two-way voice.

Why is the feeding time delayed by about 1-2 minutes from the current time?

The settings on the APP take time to sync with the server, which is usually delayed by 1-2 minutes depending on the network.

Will the device still feed after it is powered off?

After the power-off, the feeder will not work. In addition to the main power supply, there is a backup power bank slot on the backside. If you are out of the house, you may put a power bank to avoid missed feeding during a power outage.
