(1). Try Express Feeding in the App or press the Manual Button until you get feeding done.

(2). If the above operation cannot solve, please take out the hopper and check if the impeller is stuck.

(3.) This unit supports pet food with a diameter of less than 12mm. If the food jam happens a lot, please check the size of the kibble.

The hopper, bowls can be removed and washed separately. After cleaning and drying, it will be ready to use after putting parts back.

The maximum size will be 90x90x10mm.
